Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item (based on delivery confirmation) to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Estimated Delivery Time
Our estimated delivery timeframe is 7–15 business days after your order is processed. Please note this is an estimate and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
Return Shipping Costs
If the return is due to customer preference, wrong size selection, incorrect address, or buyer’s remorse, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
If the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, or product damaged during transit), we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the customer.
Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
To process these cases, customers must provide clear photos and/or videos showing the issue. Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or refund and provide a prepaid return label when applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Perishable goods
- Beauty and personal care items once opened
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases
- Gift cards
- Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original product (if eligible) and place a new order.
Shipping Delays & Orders in Transit
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather conditions, customs inspections, peak seasons, or other factors beyond our control.
Orders that are in transit cannot be canceled or refunded until delivery is completed and the return process is initiated according to this policy.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or credit card provider.
